June 2, 9, 18, 24, and July 7 2015
On these dates the committee members met for a series of work sessions. The tasks were as follows:
1. Look at all of the aggregated feedback from the combined site inservice on April 24, 2015.
2. Begin revision of each practice and indicator based on the aggregated feedback. Agreement is if 80% or more respondents noted a stay, change in wording, deletion, or other revision, the committee would do what was requested. If 60%-70% or more respondents noted something, we would discuss further. If fewer than 50% noted something, or there was no note, we would leave as is.
3. Revisions occurred as a group, with each item being discussed based on staff feedback.
4. Once revisions were completed, the committee would write sample practice behaviors to go with each practice.
5. Tracie Weisz was tasked with making sure this revised information would be transferred into the new Classbright Evaluation System in a way that reflected the vision of the committee and that would serve the best interests of the teachers and administrators using it.
