Teachers to pilot new evaluation process/tool:

1. Report from Jason on Danielson materials.
2. Jason has completed a concept of how the evaluation materials can be web based, private and shared, as well as easily scored. The shifting formula that reflects the portion of the evaluation determined by student test scores.
2. Committee needs to decide an SLO template so that principals can get started with the process. Jason likes the one recommended by EED.
3. Talk about types of data that can be used for a starting point and data that can be used in the SLO. Determined by pre-testing at the beginning of the year.
4. Tracie - Report on types of lenses considered for use throughout the year.
5. How can we develop the metric for improvement? Need historical trajectory to establish trend line – we need to set new trajectory with goals (target).
